If you email or call Charred Swift Creek, you may provide your name, contact details, event information, employment information, or other details needed to respond to your request. Please do not send sensitive payment information by email.
How information is used
Information you provide is used to answer questions, discuss reservations, private events, catering, or employment, and provide the service you request. It may also be retained when reasonably necessary for recordkeeping, safety, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Website operations
This website may create ordinary technical logs through its hosting provider, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time. The site does not currently include advertising pixels, session replay, or a marketing analytics service.
Third-party services
Reservations, online ordering, rewards, and gift cards are handled by Toast. Directions may open Google Maps, and social links may open Instagram or Facebook. Those services operate under their own privacy terms and may collect information when you visit them.
Your choices
You may ask about information you previously provided or request a correction by contacting the restaurant. Some records may need to be retained for ordinary business or legal reasons.
